GREENWORM Terms of Service

Version 2026-11-02 · 2 November 2026

1Who we are and accepting these terms

GREENWORM (the "Service") is a charting, order-flow and trading terminal provided by EvilAI ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and us.

You accept these Terms by ticking the box and selecting AGREE when you sign in, or by ticking the box at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This is version 2026-11-02, dated 2 November 2026. We record which version you accepted and when.

2Use of the Service

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use GREENWORM's charts, indicators and signals for your own trading. You must not, and must not help anyone else to: copy, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Service, including its software, indicators, signals or the data and logic behind them; extract or scrape data or outputs by automated means; share, resell, publish or redistribute any output of the Service; or share your account. We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you breach this clause, and we reserve all other remedies.

3Who owns the Service

The Service and everything in it, including its software, indicators, signals, levels, designs and data, and the logic behind them, belong to us or to our licensors.

Your subscription gives you the licence in section 2 and nothing more. It does not transfer ownership of anything to you, and we and our licensors keep every right not expressly granted to you.

The GREENWORM name and marks, and the names of the tools in the Service, are ours or our licensors'. You may not use them without our written permission.

4Not financial advice, and the risk of trading

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, an investment adviser or a financial institution.

Charts, indicators, levels and signals are tools. They show information; they do not tell you what to do. Every trading decision you make is yours alone.

Trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Because futures are leveraged, you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Past performance, including any example, backtest, replay, film or result shown in or about the Service, does not indicate future results.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for your trading decisions or for any loss, profit or other outcome that follows from them, whether or not you relied on the Service.

5Market data

Market data in the Service comes from exchanges and data vendors under their own terms. It is provided for your personal, non-professional use only.

You must not redistribute, resell, publish or share market data, or use it to build or feed any other product or service. If an exchange or vendor requires it, we may ask you to confirm how you use the data, and we may restrict or suspend data.

Market data can be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong. Do not rely on it as your only source for any decision.

6The Service is provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it, or anything it shows, is accurate, complete, up to date, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we give no warranty except those the law does not allow us to exclude.

Data feeds, servers, networks and connected brokers can fail, lag or disconnect. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

We are not a broker. If you connect a brokerage account, orders go to your broker on your instruction and under your agreement with that broker. You are responsible for every order you place, change or cancel, for checking its status with your broker, and for any position that results.

Simulated (SIM) trading is a simulation. Its fills and results do not reflect real execution.

7Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8Your account

An account is for one person. It is tied to your Discord identity and you sign in with that Discord account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for what happens on your account.

You must not share your account or your sign-in, or let anyone else use your access.

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, scrape or extract data or outputs, abuse or attack the Service or other members, or do not pay.

When your subscription or access ends, for any reason, your licence to use the Service ends with it. Sections 2 (what you must not do with the Service, its software, indicators, signals, data and outputs), 3, 5, 7, 10 and 12 continue to apply after that, without time limit, including to anything you obtained from the Service while you had access.

9Subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, at the price and interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel.

If a payment fails, your access may stop until it is paid.

We may change prices. A new price applies from your next billing period after we tell you about it.

Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are not refunded, in full or in part.

Access starts as soon as your payment is taken. By subscribing you ask us to give you access straight away, and you acknowledge that once access has started you lose the 14-day right to cancel that UK consumer law would otherwise give you for digital services.

Access ended under section 2 or section 8 is not refunded.

10Confidential features

Some features are not public: betas, previews, test builds, unreleased tools and anything we tell you is confidential. Keep them confidential. Do not share screenshots, recordings, descriptions or outputs of them without our written permission.

Beta and preview features may change or disappear and may not work as expected.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Every version has its own version number and date.

If we make a material change, we will tell you in the Service and ask you to accept the new version before you can carry on using it. If you do not accept it, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

12Governing law and disputes

Governing law and courts: these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first (section 13) so we can try to resolve it.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of them still applies.
